Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Flour tortillas
- Wooden toothpicks
Directions
- In bowl, mix hamburger, onion, and season with salt and pepper. Cut flour tortillas in triangles. Spoon a tsp. of meat into the triangle flour tortilla; roll up large side first. Fasten with a toothpick. Deep fat fry Mini Taquitos first before serving. Serve with warm sauce or possibly salsa.
