  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 pound box confectioners' sugar
  • 3 lg. lemons
  • 3 lg. oranges

Directions

  1. Mix lemon cake batter according to directions on package.Grease mini muffin pans. Pour about 2 tbsp of batter in each pan. Bake according to directions on package for about 8 to 10 min. Mix the juice of 3 lemons and 3 oranges with confectioners' sugar.
  2. Let cakes cool. Roll each cake in juice mix and let dry. Great for parties and weddings. Makes approximately 12 dozen.
