Directions

  1. Cut up pepper and onions. Saute. Add in to this the grnd beef, a little salt, pepper and parsley and the dry bag of Lipton soup mix. When meat is browned, cut up the tomatoes and add in to meat mix. Add in sugar and stir. Rinse cans with a little water and add in to mix. Stir well.Sprinkle 7/8 of the bag of rice over the top of the meat mix. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Keep lid on and cook for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
