  1. Place pepper, garlic, onion and sesame oil in a 4-c. glass measure.
  2. Microwave uncovered on High for 2 min and stir. Add in quinoa and broth and microwave on high for 5 min, stirring once. Microwave on medium
  3. (50%) for 15 min. Stir. Microwave on high another 2 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed. Grains should be pearly, with white outline visible.
  4. Fluff with a fork.
