Ingredients

Cost per recipe $0.32 view details
  • 1/3 c. Rolled oats, (see note #1)
  • 2 Tbsp. Raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry Better Than Lowfat milk Lite Tofu Pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Plus 1 TB water, (see note #2)

Directions

  1. Mix rolled oats, raisins and dry tofu pwdr in a 2 c. ceramic or possibly glass microwave dish (a 2-c. soup bowl with handle works great). Stir in water.
  2. Microwave 1 1/2 min on high then 3 1/2 min on medium low. Top with soy lowfat milk or possibly rice lowfat milk if you like, and enjoy!
  3. note #1: I use quick oats or possibly regular. Purchase in cereal department in the big rectangular-round package or possibly in bulk at the natural food store.
  4. note #2: You can eliminate the dry tofu pwdr but this is how I add in valuable tofu to my diet. Or possibly, if you use lowfat milk, replace with 2 TB dry lowfat milk.
  5. If you order from Dixie, you can use Fat-Not Creme-It Tofu Pwdr instead, but you may need to add in an additional TB of water and be sure to mix thoroughly.
