Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 can (5 1/3 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 ounce.) marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Directions

  1. In 3 qt casserole dish combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk and butter. Microwave at 7 for 12 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in chips till melted. Add in marshmallow cream and peppermint extract, beating till blended. Pour into buttered 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Refrigeratetill set. Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
