Directions

  1. Fry bacon till crisp. Drain and set aside. Saute/fry onion, green pepper, and garlic in bacon drippings. Add in grnd beef and cook till browned.
  2. Lower heat and add in tomatoes and juice, salt, pepper, chili pwdr, corn, beans, and potatoes. Cook 45 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. When ready to serve, crumble bacon over top.
  3. Yield: 6 servings
