Ingredients
- 2 lb Grnd chuck
- 1/2 c. Minced onion Salt and pepper
- 2 lb Frzn french fries
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can Water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix grnd chuck and onion. Shape into meatballs. Brown in warm oil. Place in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole.
- In a bowl, mix soup, water and worcestershire. Pour over meatballs. Top with frzn french fries.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or possibly till french fries are brown.
