Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 4 potatoes
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3 green peppers
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. water
Directions
- Mix favorite meat balls and add in cheese mix. Form into any size balls and put in casserole dish. Quarter potatoes, parboil, and drain. Put over meat balls in casserole. Cut peppers into strips and put over top. Mix soup with water; pour over all and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
