Directions

  1. Mix tomato juice, vinegar and seasonings. Place meat in shallow glass dish; pour tomato juice mix over meat. Cover; chill 2 hrs. Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade.
  2. On 6 skewers, alternate meat, vegetables and pineapple. Place on grill 4 inches from warm coals. Cook 12 to 15 min, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade.
