Directions

  1. 1. Brown chicken in oil or possibly butter. Remove and keep hot.
  2. 2. Saute/fry onion, garlic and apple in drippings. Sprinkle flour and seasonings over mix and cook 2 min.
  3. 3. Stir in broth. Cook till thickened.
  4. 4. Add in chicken. Simmer, covered, 35-45 min or possibly till tender.
