Ingredients
- 1/2 pound marshmallows (half of 1 pound pkg.)
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- About 10 ounce. crushed pineapple (1/2 - 20 ounce. can)
- 16 graham cracker squares
Directions
- Heat marshmallows with lowfat milk in a double boiler. Let it cold then add in whipped cream. Then add in liquid removed pineapple. Crush graham crackers and put most of the crumbs in the bottom of a 7"x11" pan. Pour in the filling and sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on the top. Chill. Cut in squares to serve.
- Measure the marshmallows by weight rather than by counting the amount, due to variations in marshmallow sizes recently. Optional, nuts may be added. To serve more people, about 15 to 16, double the ingredients and place in a 9"x13" pan.
