Directions

  1. Soak 1 Tbsp. gelatin in 5 Tbsp. cool water. Make syrup with 1 c. and 5 additional Tbsp. water. Cook till it threads. Add in gelatin.
  2. Let cold till consistency of syrup. Flaor with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and healthy pinch of salt and beat till hard. Spread on Cotton Cake.
