Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Gelatin
- 5 Tbsp. Cool water
- 1 c. Sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 pch Salt
Directions
- Soak 1 Tbsp. gelatin in 5 Tbsp. cool water. Make syrup with 1 c. and 5 additional Tbsp. water. Cook till it threads. Add in gelatin.
- Let cold till consistency of syrup. Flaor with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and healthy pinch of salt and beat till hard. Spread on Cotton Cake.
