Ingredients
- 4 stalks fresh broccoli
- 8 lg. fresh mushrooms
- 1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
- 3 stalks celery, minced
- 1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 sm onion, grated
- 2 T poppy seeds
Directions
- Remove flowerets from broccoli. Cut into bite-sized pcs. Put together flowerets, mushrooms, green pepper, celery and cauliflower and toss lightly. Put together remaining ingredients in blender. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Toss carefully. Refrigerate at least 3 hrs before serving.
