Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. curry (optional)
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • Boneless leg of lamb

Directions

  1. Mix above ingredients, except leg of lamb, well. Food processor works well for this. Pat onto lamb, let sit overnight. Then grill to desired doneness. medium rare to medium is best.
