• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1/4 c. dry sherry
• 2 tbsp. finely minced or possibly grated fresh ginger
• 1/4 c. finely minced green onion
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• Healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp. freshly grnd pepper
