Ingredients

  • 2 # fish filet
  • 3 c. Sliced onion
  • 2Tab. Butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Mayo
  • 3/4 c. Parm. Cheese
  • 2 Tab. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp.paprika, oregano, & chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Sauté onions in butter til limp, but NOT brown.
  2. Spread onions on bottom of baking dish.
  3. Cover with fillets.
  4. Mix remaining ingred. And spread over top of filets.
  5. Bakeat 350 degrees for 20 min.
