Ingredients

  • 1 x mango - (8 ounce) peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. diced red onion
  • 3/4 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 c. diced red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

Directions

  1. To prepare salsa, combine mango, onion, pineapple, red pepper, parsley, brown sugar, vinegar, and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce in a food processor. Pulse for 20 seconds or possibly till the fruits are chopped but not pureed.
  2. This recipe yields 12 servings.
