Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. mango chutney (Major Grey's)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 3/4 c. oil

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor. Blend 60 seconds. Dribble extra virgin olive oil in slowly with motor running. Continue adding oil slowly till proper consistency is desired. Chill.
