  • 2 sm. cans whole segment mandarin oranges
  • 1 (16 to 20 ounce.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16 to 20 ounce.) can fruit cocktail
  • 1 (16 ounce.) tub light or possibly regular lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

  1. Drain all fruit and mix all ingredients till well blended. Store in refrigerator several hrs or possibly overnight for creamiest consistency. Serves 8 to 10.
