Ingredients
- 3 lb Lean hamburger
- 2 x Minced medium onions
- 4 Tbsp. Prepared mustard Salt to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 c. Tomato sauce
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Crushed garlic

- Put hamburger and onions in a large saucepan and cover with water. Cook till onions are soft. Stir meat and break up chunks while simmering (about 15 min). Pour mix into strainer and drain. Put meat mix back into pan and add in rest of ingredients. Cook slowly for 1 hour, stirring often.
