  • 1/2 pound lasagna noodles.
  • 28-32 ounce jar Classico tomato and basil, or possibly your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounce shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 16 ounce low fat cottage cheese
  • Cut up or possibly sliced mushrooms and green peppers (or possibly other toppings, according to
  • taste)

Directions

  1. In a 13x9x2 baking pan, spread a layer of spaghetti sauce. Then press 1/3 of the lasagna noodles (usually about 3) into the sauce. Spread some cottage cheese on top; then Mozzarella cheese; then Parmesan. Cover with more of the sauce. Repeat process till all ingredients are gone, saving sauce to pour over top and some Mozzarella and Parmesan for last.
