- Boney's fresh baked English muffins
- 3 sweet Italian sausages (turkey)
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese
- Fresh pineapple chunks (optional)
- Green pepper, diced (optional)
- Green onion, diced (optional)
- Enrico's pizza sauce
Directions
- Spread sauce on English muffins, halved. Before you do which, mix grnd turkey and sausage, cook (fry). Put on meat, then cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till cheese is bubbly.
