Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 . Roll thawed bread dough onto a lightly floured surface into a 12x8" rectangle. Generously spray the dough with vegetable oil spray. Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle proportionately over the dough. Roll the dough, beginning with the long end. Seal the seam and slice the dough into 12 pcs, 1" each.
  2. Lightly spray a 9" round baking pan with cooking spray. Place the pcs of dough into the pan, keeping the seam side down toward the bottom of the pan. Spray the top with some cooking spray; cover and let rise in a hot place till nearly double in size, about 30 min.
  3. Bake rolls for 20-25 min till lightly browned. Cold slightly and remove from pan.
  4. While rolls cold, prepare glaze by stirring together the powdered sugar, orange peel and juice. Drizzle over roll and serve hot.
