Ingredients
- 8 ounce Light cream cheese, soft style
- 1 c. Marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, marshmallow creme, lemon juice and vanilla till well combined. Then gradually beat in the powdered sugar.
- Makes 1 3/4 c..
- NOTES : The use of marshmallow creme instead of butter in this easy frostingrecipe keeps the fat, calorie and cholesterol counts low. To simplify clean-up,spray the measuring c. with non-stick spray before attempting to measure outthe marshmallow creme!
