Ingredients

  • loquats water granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Wash the loquats, cut off the rough ends and stalks and remove the stones.
  2. Boil the loquats in water, sufficient to flood them, until reduced to a pulp; strain off the juice and add in an equal weight of granulated sugar.
  3. Boil until it jells when tested on a cool plate.
