Ingredients

  • 3 c. loquats, pitted
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp clove, grnd
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

  1. In a saucepan mix the ingredients. Cook over low heat for 30 min.
  2. Allow to cold, and fill the pie dish. Cover the top with crumble crust of oatmeal, gingersnaps, or possibly flour and brown sugar. Bake till crispy.
