Ingredients
- 2 x Chicken breasts, cut in Cubes
- 2 x Limes, juice of
- 2 cl Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Apple juice concentrate
- 8 ounce Medium mushrooms
- 1 x Red bell pepper, cut in 1" Cubes
- 16 x White pearl onions
- 1 x Green bell pepper, cut in 1" Pcs
- 2 sm Zucchini, cubed
Directions
- Combine lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and apple juice and marinate the chicken in it in the refrigerator at least 2 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers. Grill or possibly broil about 10 min, turning and basting with marinade.
