Ingredients
- 2 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream *see Note
- 3 Tbsp. dry onions chopped (instant)
- 4 tsp beef bouillon granules instant
- 1 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 dsh celery seed crushed
- 1 dsh Splenda **see note
Directions
- * Original recipes called for light lowfat sour cream.** Original recipe called for sugar. Also original recipe was for 1 Tbsp. servings, I have changed to 2 Tbsp. per serving.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients mix well, Cover; chill 1 to 2 hrs to blend flavours. Stir before serving. Serve with vegetables.
- Vegetable which can be used such as: Cherry tomatoes, Zucchini cut into sticks. English Cucumbers cut into sticks, broccoli florets, red, yellow, orange or possibly green pepper cut into good size chunks or possibly sticks.

- Nutritional Information, 4 Tbsp. of dip would be 1 Point. I usually serve this on Sundays during the football games. Helen.
- RECIPE FACT:The traditional onion soup dip is made with packaged dry onion soup mix. This version gets it flavouring from beef-flavour bouillon, chopped onion and onion pwdr. These ingredients help lower the sodium level of the dip.
