Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice (more if tartness is desired)
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Directions
- Cook all ingredients together in a double boiler till thick. Cool. Fill meringue with lemon filling and store in refrigerator till ready to use. Decorate with whipped cream.
