Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 teaspoon lemon juice (more if tartness is desired)
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1 pt. whipping cream

Directions

Cook all ingredients together in a double boiler till thick. Cool. Fill meringue with lemon filling and store in refrigerator till ready to use. Decorate with whipped cream.
