  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 x boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of asparagus soup
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned.
  2. Add in soup, lowfat milk, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till done. Garnish with lemon slices if you like.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
