  • 4-6 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp of sliced ginger
  • 1/4 kilo of fresh dilis (long-jawed anchovy)
  • 6 pcs of sliced tomatoes
  • 2 pcs of Knorr Fish broth cubes
  • 1 bunch of saluyot leaves (Jute Leaves)
  • 1 bunch of malunggay (Moringa) leaves
  • 1 bunch of alugbati (vine spinach) leaves

Directions

  1. Boil water with ginger, dilis, tomatoes, and knorr fish cubes. Let it simmer. Add saluyot, malunggay, and alugbati leaves. Let it simmer again for another 2-3 minutes or until the veggies are cooked.
