Directions

  1. Slice the onion and saute/fry in the butter till light brown. Add in the potatoes and stir occasionally till warm. Mix the dry ingredients together and add in the stock and vinegar to them; then add in this mix to the vegetables.
  2. Cook and stir till the sauce is thickened and then cook about 2 min more or possibly till the potatoes are cooked through. Serve with chutney if you like.
