  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 lb Grnd pork
  • 1/4 x Or possibly 1/3 pkg fried cured pork rinds Red Or possibly white pepper to taste Salt or possibly Nam Pla Coconut lowfat milk
  • 2 lb Chicken

Directions

  1. Mix together in a bowl the onion, garlic, pork, pork rinds, pepper, salt and just a little coconut lowfat milk. Stuff the well-cleaned chicken with this mix and put the chicken in a deep pan half filled with coconut lowfat milk.
  2. Cook over low heat till the chicken is well done and the coconut lowfat milk is reduced to cream, then the sauce will be of the correct consistency. Remove from heat. Serve warm, with the coconut lowfat milk poured over the chicken.
