Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 x to 3 tsp. red pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick or possibly 8 Tbsp.)
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 x to 2 tsp. salt
Directions
- In a saucepan, mix vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, pepper sauce, paprika, butter, garlic, chili sauce and salt. Simmer 15 to 20 min over low heat.
