Ingredients

  • 12 x Large eggs -- beaten
  • 2 c. Longhorn cheese -- grated
  • 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Ham, cooked -- minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and salt till creamy. Fold 1 1/2 c. of cheese, reserve 1/2 c., and ham into mix. Pour into greased 9x13-inch Pyrex dish and top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
