Directions

  1. Add in red coloring to applesauce (drop by drop till pink). Dissolve 1 package of lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool slightly. Fold in 1 1/2 cups applesauce. Oil inside of 1 1/2 qt ring mold. Place applesauce and Jello fold in mold and put in refrigerator to harden. Soften cream cheese and mix with mayonnaise, celery and nuts.When fold in mold is solidified, cover with a layer of the cream cheese mix. Dissolve second package of Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool slightly. Add in remainder of applesauce (1 1/2 cups). Pour this over cream cheese. Let stand 2 hrs or possibly till solidified.
