Ingredients
- 1 lb extra-lean grnd turkey
- 2 tsp crushed fresh garlic
- 2 tsp grnd paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp whole fennel seeds
- 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients. Cover and chill for several hrs for all the flavors to blend.
- To precook for use in recipes, coat a large skillet with extra virgin olive oil-flavored nonstick spray and preheat over medium heat. Add in the sausage and cook, stirring to crumble, till the meat is no longer pink.
