Ingredients

  • 30 ounce canned potatoes liquid removed and sliced
  • 8 ounce mushroom -- sliced
  • 29 ounce no salt added stewed tomatoes - liquid removed and diced
  • 14 1/2 ounce fat-free chicken broth
  • 14 ounce pasta sauce
  • 8 ounce no salt added tomato sauce
  • 2 clv garlic -- chopped
  • 1 med onion -- diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Add in all ingredients to a crockpot and mix well.
  2. Cook on Low four to six hrs or possibly on High two to three hrs.
