Ingredients: 1 lb Sausage, thickly sliced; 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil; 1 c. Onion, diced; 1 clv garlic, chopped; 1 c. Carrots, sliced; 1 tsp Basil; 2 sm Zucchini; 1 lb can Minced tomatoes (undrained); 10 ounce can Beef broth; 2 c. Cabbage, finely minced; 1 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Pepper Small can (about 16 ounce) White Beans

Ingredients

1 lb Sausage, thickly sliced
1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. Onion, diced
1 clv garlic, chopped
1 c. Carrots, sliced
1 tsp Basil
2 sm Zucchini
1 lb can Minced tomatoes (undrained)
10 ounce can Beef broth
2 c. Cabbage, finely minced
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper Small can (about 16 ounce) White Beans

Directions

Brown sausage in oil. Add in onion, garlic, carrots & basil. Cook for 5 min. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, beef broth, cabbage, salt & pepper. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add in beans cook another 10 min. Pour over pasta.
