Ingredients
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1/2 med Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 med Tomato, minced
- 1 can Corn, liquid removed
Directions
- Saute/fry grnd beef and onion in shortening; add in spices, simmer. Drain corn, add in it and tomato to beef mix. Simmer till hot throughout. Serve with rice.
