Directions

  1. 1. Place chocolate and water in a small, heavy bottomed saucepan over very low heat. Cover the pan and let chocolate soften till it is just melted.
  2. 2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and beat chocolate into a smooth paste.
  3. 3. In a different saucepan, heat lowfat milk till it boils.
  4. 4. Add in 6 Tbsp. of lowfat milk to chocolate paste to dilute it. Then add in remaining lowfat milk, stirring constantly.
  5. 5. Pour into mugs. Serves 2.
