Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 c. cooked cut up vegetables (16 ounce. frzn plus 1 c. cooked, cubed potatoes)
  • 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or possibly turkey
  • 1 can (10 ounce.) Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions

  1. Preparation time: 15 min. Cooking time: 30 min.
  2. 1. In 3 qt oblong baking dish, combine soup, lowfat milk, thyme and pepper. Stir in vegetables and chicken.
  3. 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min or possibly till mix begins to bubble. Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. 3. Remove dish from oven, stir. Arrange biscuit pcs over chicken mix. Bake 15 min or possibly till biscuits are golden. 5 servings.
