Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Chopped onion
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Red wine
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/3 c. Chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Directions
- Saute/fry onions in oil till golden brown in color. Add in mashed garlic and saute/fry another minute. Add in wine and other ingredients. Simmer 15 to 20 min, brush on meat or possibly poultry during broiling period.
