Ingredients: 1/4 c. Chopped onion; 1/2 c. Oil; 1/2 c. Red wine; 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce; 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar; 1 tsp Dry mustard; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Basil; 1/2 tsp Thyme; 1/3 c. Chili sauce; 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Basil

Directions

Saute/fry onions in oil till golden brown in color. Add in mashed garlic and saute/fry another minute. Add in wine and other ingredients. Simmer 15 to 20 min, brush on meat or possibly poultry during broiling period.
