Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 1/4 c. celery, finely, minced
- 2 clv garlic, finely, minced
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce salt, to taste pepper, to taste
- 6 x hamburger bun
Directions
- In a large frying pan, combine beef, onion, celery and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, till the beef begins to brown and the onions are tender.
- Drain fat and stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Heat till it starts to boil. Cook, constantly stirring, for 2-5 min longer.
- Toast hamburger buns, place on plates and top with sloppy joe mix. Cover with the top half of bun and serve.
