Ingredients

  • 1 stk margarine
  • 1 lrg onion minced
  • 1 lrg head cabbage minced and steamed till tender
  • 1 lb egg noodles cooked al la dente salt and pepper to taste garlic pwdr to taste

Directions

  1. Using pot large sufficient to accommodate all the ingredients, heat the margarine and saute/fry the onion till tender. Add in the cabbage and the noodles and stir to combine Heat thoroughly. Season to taste.
  2. This one is a stand favorite. IF you cannot wait a whole year here is the Haluski scaled down.
  3. Serves 10- 12
