Week 3 of this Healthy Meal Plan includes both meat and meatless We’re rounding off a very busy week around here with a visit from my parents. Arriving during the school/work week, they get to take part in the weekly routine of soccer practices, trombone lessons and homework, topped off with a couple of soccer games and a band performance.
