  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 pound bag frzn hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9x13 dish. Top with combined corn flakes and butter. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
