Ingredients

  • White dry beans just washed Whole fried potatoes Meat fried Whole Large eggs Rice fried
  • 1 head round celery Water to cover Salt Pepper

Directions

  1. In your pot, first put the beans, potatoes, meat, Large eggs. You put the fried rice in a thin clothe, not to mix with the rest. Put on top. Then celery, cover with water, add in salt, pepper. Cover hermetically. Boil then put it on low heat until next day.
  2. Sometimes I put red wine , it is delicious.
