Ingredients

2 T minced pimento
1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Soften cream cheese in large bowl. Add in rest of ingredients. Refrigerate till hard. Shape into two balls. Roll in crushed nuts. Wrap in foil. They freeze well.
